If you dream of becoming a chef or cook, The Twin Rivers Centre gives you the perfect start. You’ll train hands-on in a real commercial kitchen while working toward your Certificate II in Cookery, building practical skills for your culinary future.

A career in business administration begins at The Twin Rivers Centre, offering a full-time paid Business Administration traineeship. Participants gain practical skills in reception, customer service, scheduling, and office operations while working toward a Certificate I in Business Administration.

Boost your future in retail with Twin Rivers Centre’s 18-week traineeship at The Twin Rivers Food Outlet. Participants gain real experience in customer service, stock handling, and warehousing skills while working in a supportive, hands-on environment.
When: Monday - Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm

Start your hospitality career at the cutest café in the neighbourhood, The Twin Rivers Centre’s Rivers Café. During the 18-week paid traineeship, you’ll learn to make great coffee, prepare food, and deliver exceptional customer service in a real café environment.
