We care title

Twin Rivers Centre CARE began as a church in 1992 as a grassroots response to growing hardship in the Logan community, offering practical emergency relief and compassionate support to individuals and families in crisis. What started as a small local initiative has grown into a trusted community hub, providing case management, advocacy, referrals, and coordinated support alongside key partners. Its impact is seen in strengthened wellbeing, improved stability, and renewed hope. Through steady growth, CARE now reaches hundreds each month, responding flexibly to emerging needs and community challenges.
